Review the layout early
Bring a floor plan or a simple marked drawing showing appliances, work areas, furniture and intended lighting. Include future uses you already know about. Changes are easier to discuss before the finishes and equipment are fixed.
Coordinate the trades
Explain who manages the renovation and when walls or ceilings will be accessible. Electrical work, cabinetry, plumbing and finishing may need a coordinated sequence. The proposal should identify what Thunder handles and what remains with other contractors.
Control changes clearly
Confirm point locations and equipment requirements before the work phase begins. If the layout changes, discuss the effect on scope, materials and scheduling before proceeding. A shared written list helps avoid assumptions between contractors.
