Share the inverter and battery models, available system documentation and the issue you have noticed. Screenshots from the owner-facing monitoring app can help describe an alarm or performance concern. Do not open equipment to collect information.
For a new project
Explain your goals: reducing purchased energy, planning backup, accommodating future equipment or assessing an existing proposal. Property conditions, roof access and the electrical system form part of the assessment. Production, savings and backup duration are not promised before a project-specific evaluation.
Clarify the responsibilities
Confirm equipment supply, documentation, installation scope and any coordination with other providers. Warranty and service arrangements for existing equipment should be checked before changes are made.
